  • 15-29 days before: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: 25% refund
  • Same day: No refund

2. Weather Cancellations

If WaveBharat cancels due to unsafe weather conditions, customers receive full refund or can reschedule without penalty.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing fees may apply based on payment method.

4. Rescheduling

Customers can reschedule bookings up to 48 hours before departure subject to availability and seasonal pricing differences.

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events, flexible rescheduling or refund options are provided.
